When a man curls up part of the shirt and sticks it in his pants so that it looks like he has a massive dick, usually done when trying to impress a girl. It is not a wise choice to produce a baloney-boney mainly for the awkward conversation when it is revealed that you have a 4-inch dick instead of an 8-inch.
