Samahang Dugong Pinoy abbreviated SDP, is a Filipino gang. Starting in the 1990s in the Southern California area, the group has expanded to other areas of California. The gang is known to have chapters (or at least a couple of members) in San Francisco, Oakland, San Diego, Escondido, Riverside, Washington and Nevada. These chapters, as they are called, are created when a member's parents relocate their child to a different city in an attempt to "move" their son(s) away from trouble. Members are known to have committed crimes such as shootings, shoplifting, underage drinking, drive-by's, heavenly armed, and very dangerous. Rival gangs include Asian Boyz(ABZ), WashKlan Family Crips(WKFC), Asian Crips(AC), Tiny Oriental Crips(TOC), State Side Islanders(SSI)
