autism pride

fringe movement run by autistic people (and in some cases parents) and those with asperger's disorder who do little more than complain about non-disordered people as bigoted as behavior should transcend beyond neurology. They also consist of people wanting to overpopulate the world with autistic people, down syndrome people, etc. Anything but neurotypicals. They want to do what is in their power to ensure all non-disordered people don't exist in this world.

Being diagnosed with mild Asperger's in the 2nd grade I don't follow the movement. Rather as a bystander I just laugh at how stupid these wackos must be, but autistic supremacists would just label me as a "fake neurotypical nazi".

clown parade

in an academic hospital: a large gathering of physicians, fellows, residents, and medical students making "rounds". when they walk to the halls to see each patient and incessantly chatter about random facts, obscure diagnoses, and brown-nose their way up the ladder. they are often carrying backpacks, textbooks, tuning forks, ophthalmoscopes, and other medical gizmos..

Usually a "clown parade" has 10 or more participants.

A-man did you see that medicine team come to the ICU on rounds?

B-yeah dude... clown parade... clown parade deluxe.

A- how can they spend all day doing that??

The use Pride is now usally used in the LGBTQ+ community to say that we are proud of who we are. But the word Pride is still being used in writing and more with different or similar meanings, like being proud, not ashamed, and more.

The feeling of pride pulsed in her heart. I love going to Pride Parades!
