A highly infectious respiratory illness caused by the SARS-Coronavirus 2 virus, a zoological pathogen that is believed to have originated in Wuhan China. COVID-19 is the cause of the ongoing COVID-19 Pandemic, a global emergency that has had worldwide effects. The virus has caused particular outrage in the United States with it being the leading nation in confirmed cases of the virus, primarily caused by wild mismanagement of the outbreak by one Donald Trump. Since the outbreak has started, many countries have gone on lockdown and have put in place measures to try and mitigate the spread of the virus. Such measures include posting CDC guidelines to encourage public safety, a limit on the number of people that can be in a building at once, and even mandates on masks/respirators which can provide protection against the virus. So far, the virus has killed hundreds of thousands of people worldwide and has wreaked economic havoc. It is unclear how long this pandemic will last, it may continue to deal with devastating tolls on everyone for the next year. Until then, we can only do our best to keep each other safe by following public health safety guidelines like wearing a mask and distancing yourself from other people until most likely a vaccine is developed. Stay safe, and thank you.
COVID-19 has caused mass suffering and sadness and is in fact much more dangerous than a general strain of Influenza.

No one has been born yet that hasn't lived through COVID-19. So when will the new generation find this post?
Here's a run through. I'm an OG and you'll be hearing it fresh from a survivor.
- toilet paper shortages are true
- people dying :(
- canned food, everyone is packing
- Tiktok becoming our dictionaries ๐

Alternate definition - The number of pounds many people will gain, while sitting at home with nothing else to do, but EAT! :)
The COVID-19 hit many mums in the area, as kids were at home & there was nothing else to do but eat meals, and snack on home-baked goodies: all done to keep kids/adults occupied! :)

The Covid 19 is similar to The Freshman 15 which refers to the pounds young females tend to gain during their first year away at college. It references the weight gained by woman locked down inside their homes with nothing to do but eat and drink during the Coronavirus pandemic.
I was looking so hot and sexy but now since The Covid 19, all I can think about is getting back to the gym.

When the growing movement of anti-vaccination groups in Malaysia, whose members refuse to be jabbed if the Covid-19 vaccines are not halal, doesnโt make herd immunity in the Muslim-majority nation achievable any time soon.
The recent spike in infected cases, which places Malaysia among the top five nations in South East Asia with the worse infection and death rates, is bad news for the moderate-Muslim country in containing the Covid-๐ฒ๐พ crisis.

When Costa Rica becomes the first country in the world to make it mandatory for children to be vaccinated, with about 1.5 million doses to be given to those aged five to 11โvaccination with apparently no serious side effects in this age group would arguably help stop infected children from spreading the virus to others.
Even if the US has approved the Pfizer/BioNTech vaccine for 28 million young Americans, making it mandatory for children in red states would further polarize the nation, because a Covid-๐จ๐ท template would face strong parental opposition in the name of freedom of choice and due to the risk of juvenile death.

The test results after being tested for the covid 19 virus showing a person to be positive. On the results form showing positive in small writing it says "if positive detected its indicative of active infection but not rule out bacterial infection or other viral infections".
My test results show that I was covid positive. Was I really positive for covid or did I have another infection? How about all the others that showed positive? Makes you wonder.
