You see, the problem with libertarians is that THAT GUY gets rights! He should have to do what I say! And I'd rather let hym murder kids than give hym rights!

A person who simply is not part of the program, one who acts only for their own pleasure in a way that causes harm or disorder.

Actions of Chaos Agents vary widely, scaling from petty personal relations to being a malignancy towards their society.
