to chug a bottle / can / cup of beer or some other beverage from ones biceps, offering someone the opportunity to flex one's muscles while chugging a beverage (preferably alcoholic).

She asked me to flex my muscles for her, but I needed to drink her pretty before we could hook up, so I bicep chugged my beer for her.

A term used to describe the act of getting a female where it hurts such as a man when getting kicked in the genitals. It is a straight leg kick up between her legs. May be used in "cat" fights.

"Sally was being a real b**ch so I bicycle barred her and she never messed with me again."

Katie: "Some lady at the bar last night tried to pick a fight with me and I ran."
Sara: "If that ever happens again you need to look her in the eye and give her the ol' bicycle bar."
