Fuck bar

A convex shaped metal support bar used to make bunkbeds more sturdy. It is located on the underside of the top bunk and protrudes about ten inches Below the top bunkbed frame. It gets its name because if you sit up too fast on the bottom bunk you can bang you head on it and you say Fuck that hurts
