When you're exhausted from black people acting out in public, being loud and obnoxious and their unruly actions in public.

The black lady started throwing food around in McDonald's and screaming at the employees because she wasn't given the right sauce for her nuggets and I and many others had to wait to order because of her tantrum causing black fatigue.
