Doom Looping

Perpetually checking for notifications/news/updates on ALL apps.

Doom scrolling through one app, then doing the same on another, then another, then another, then starting over and going through all the apps again and repeating the process until insane.

Looped

Stemming from the original term 'loop', used in a scenario when an individual simply 'drags' a situation to such extent it becomes a 'loop'.

roar-looping

When someone in a confrontation (especially with cops or a lone opponent) gets stuck endlessly repeating the same phrase like a broken record, trying to dominate with volume and repetition instead of logic or de-escalation. Named after the ancestral lion roar that used to win the pride but now just adds resisting charges.

“She went full roar-loop on the cop: ‘I ain’t goin’! I ain’t goin’! I ain’t goin’!’ and still ended up in cuffs. Classic roar-looping.”

Another way of saying a loop, or a series of loops, such as loops done in a vehicle, loops in a rope, or loops in a path.
