To consume copius amounts of alcohol in Sudbury, Ontario, Canada, usually at the base of the 'Big Nickel', a popular tourist attraction for the province. The term has grown beyond drinking at this specific location to just drinking in the greater Sudbury area.

Example 1: Krista, I got totally nicked last night. Man, I'm never going back to Sudbury again.

Example 2: Bro, you gettin' nicked this weekend? You know it! I had a hard week of school and now I've got my 40oz in hand.

Example 3: Hey, we gonna get nicked tonight? What else do we have going on in this city? For real. I took a bottle of Ouzo from my moms so we gonna get nicked proper.
