Beyond the basic mac daddy, mac dad-day refers to the fellow who has gone beyond the basic pimp-lisciousness to an elevated level of cool.

Often seen cruising the streets of Chicago in any one of a collection of tricked out Cadillacs or a hot motrocycle such as the '09 Buell Ulysses XB12XT, the Mac Dad-day is the most stylish of men.
