A titty fest occurs when a woman of interest to another shows her equal interest by acompanying her suitor to a semi-private space and unexpectedly exposing her bare breasts to the suitor, enthusiastically grabing the head of her suitor, and joyously rubbing said suitor's face on and between her breasts to the equally surprised and excited suitor.

Eventhough she caught him looking at her breasts more than once in conversation, Monica and Sam hit it off when she laughed at some of his jokes during their group fundraising event. At the afterparty, he made her laugh some more and was rewarded with a quick titty fest in a bathroom stall.
