Someone on the internet, boy or girl, that believes that nothing is funny unless it's completely family friendly(Nickelodeon), and will often shake his/her finger at anyone who laughs at some crude humor over the internet. They can easily be found on YouTube, or other video sharing sites.

Of course it is difficult to find someone with internet boobs in real life, which is what makes it all the more special. Note that they are not enormous boobs but boobs that take all the necessities like proportion into account.
