Is the biggest and the most ruthless criminal organization in Brazil.
Was founded by the alliance between top level criminals and former communist guerrillas in Rio de Janeiro.
Today, with an estimated revenue of more than 50 billion dollars, the Red Command is becoming one of the most powerful international criminal organizations, spreading pretty fast around Latin America and getting into the USA.
They are known by their extreme violence and by torture their enemies.
The term is used to define any group of people that are in criminal activity and have no fear or respect by the human life, any group of people that kills and tortures for fun.

Typical comment fight-

Comment: "what do you expect, you live in Texass"

Retard comment: "Someone doesn't know how to spell."

Comment: "Dude, do you not understand the play on words: TEX-ASS."
