1. A line used during video games, such as CoD or WoW, usually means that you're going to get your ass pwned badly.
2. A line said by one who is enraged, this means either you run or you won't see the light of day.

Example 1:

Kirai: Damn, Chow?! Why'd you have to go shooting everyone?!
Chow: Idk...*he shoots Kirai's character in the ass*
Kirai:......I WILL END YOU MOTHAFUCKAAAAAAAAA!

This short lived attempt by A.W. at proving to someone that she was hip allegedly had the same definition as "I will beat you up". Sadly, dispite her many efforts, "I will roll you" never caught on as a way of threatening violence.
