Same thing as a hot dose. Tainted and most likely deadly hard street drugs. Often deliberately, sometimes maliciously. I.E. someone went looking for down(heroin) but mostly got carfentanil and benzos.

Legendary phrase used by "Brandon" in kitty0706's "Elliot goes to school" gmod episodes on youtube.
Usually to be used as a comedic way to reject something someone told you to do.
Although not required, it is usually said while throwing something at the person telling you to do something. For comedic effect.
In-game of course.

Teacher: "Brandon you must insert mediocre thing to do"
Brandon: "Go dick-a-suck a bag!" *throws a boot into teacher's face*
