A phrase used to sarcastically describe the people that work at Town Hall for your local government. The fact is they are not, but quite the opposite.

Ben: *Browsing on a job site* Hey, check this out. Greenville is looking for people to work the phones as customer service representatives at Town Hall.
Gabe: Good luck trying to get a gig like that. "Only The Best" work for the Town of Greenville.
Ben: Ya, I guess you're right...
Gabe and Ben: HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA

Best friend

A best friend is that one person in your life, who no matter what will always be by your side. Your best friend will always be there for you no matter what, and they are not embarrassed to be around you in public, because they have gotten used to all the stupid things you say and do. A best friend is someone you can spend all of your time with, and tell them anything. A best friend is there when you accomplish something great, or fail miserably. A best friend is the person your closest to.

My best friend Kyle and I have been best friends since freshmen year of high school, and we do everything together.

The things that you can not live without they will always be there for you. Even if you cant see them they'll be there and you can ALWAYS trust them. If your bestfriend leaves you in your time of need they aren't your best friend. There is a difference between a special freind and a best friend a best freind will be like a brother or a sister to you and will help you... Get it? xx
