Buy money is self explanatory. This is the money used to purchase something. The only time that I've ever heard buy money was in Scarface. Buy money described the money being used to purchase the cocaine, in heavy quantity. Buy money is usually used to describe the money used in purchasing narcotics.

Get the buy moneymug. "Any money" refers to the implication of making a bet on a certain situation, the term derives from the statement "I'll bet you any amount of money that...". This figure of speech may not necessarily mean the person is being serious about making an actual bet but more about the fact that they are very positive about the statement and will place the odds on that situation being likely.
