Not the city, it is ... the Adirondack Region , the largest publicly protected area in the contiguous United States , the place where New York City get their water, the Finger Lakes region, a place where you can see stars, real ones not fake ones.

York River Academy is a school where everyone gets a diploma, even if it means having to stay after school because you failed an assignment. This gives everyone the opportunity to succeed.
What makes the school special is that you can earn certifications, and that there are only 70 students. People think this is a school for kids who flunk regular public schools. While this is true for some, many people come because of the small atmosphere. If a fight happens, everyone will know by the end of the day.

With a population of 1,225, Truxton isn't even a dot on a map, it is made up of 440 homes, and tons of farms. Truxton is home to 1 gas station and no stores, plan on driving for at least 15 minutes if you need to get something besides eggs and milk as there are plenty of farms. Here you burn your trash and your mail truck is a different car everyday with a yellow light on top.
Hey Bob, where are we? I don't know, I can't find this shitter they call Truxton, New York anywhere on the map.

A fat roll of $100 bills. Typically carried in the front pocket and bound with a rubber band. Purposely displayed when paying a bill to establish the wealth of the person with the roll. Stereotypically used by Mafiosos.
