A father whose ex controls so much of his time with his children, he only gets to take them to McDonald's. The child's mother is usually so bitter that she won't 'allow' the child to have proper time with their father, effectively reducing him to the status of a McDonald Dad.

The white man goes to McDonalds to eat cow meat. The asian man goes to Asian McDonalds to eat dog or cat meat.
