Full-time spirit and part-time pay

This expression refers to someone who has the performance, mentality, work ethic, and mindset of a (good) full-time employee but unfortunately has the pay of a part-time employee (as that is what they technically are).
I go above and beyond work all the time. I love it so much and hate it at the same time. It is such a complicated relationship I have and the situation has just really made me realize that I have a full-time spirit and part-time pay. It's truly so unfair!

Time clock

A time clock can't read 4:33 one second before reading 4:22. 11 seconds don't pass in one.
Something about the time clock on the college game was off, since the time was moving a little quick for reality.

Jay Time

A mythical time zone where the phrase “I’ll call you back in 10 minutes” can mean anything from never to sometime next week. Common among people who consistently promise to return calls but vanish into the abyss of procrastination and distractions. Similar in vibe to "Pakistan Time," where punctuality is a fluid concept.
"Don’t wait by the phone, bro — he’s running on Jay Time again."
"She said she’d be ready at 6, but we’re on Jay Time — see you at 8."

Story Time

Unlike the plethora of "dumb tiktok thing" definitions, I think this word actually has a stable meaning. (Perhaps this is my misguided understanding of the term.)

1. Story time is used, mostly in ball/drag spaces, at a point when someone is "being read" or a queen is performing at a level which other queens cannot reach or aspire to. It's a form of shade. It's telling the other person, "sit down, child, because you are about to be educated on something you're clearly ignorant towards."

2. This can also be used for dramatic flair when, shockingly, telling a story.
1. "Story time, get on the rug."

2. "Story time, my emotion non-clickbait journey. Super emotional."

FrY Time

FrY Time is the technique of looking at a clock, guessing your next string of actions will fit into a 20 minute window and executing said actions roughly 30 minutes before a set deadline in hopes of having 10 minutes to spare, when in realiity the string of actions could possibly take a minimal of 90 minutes to complete, resulting in scheduled completion of tasks being atleast an hour behind estimation.
Chloe said she would be picking me up in 15 minutes, ofcourse that's after she showers, does the dishes, mops the floor, makes a sammich and get's dressed. So I'm guessing she meant 15 minutes in FrY Time.

"Hey bro, I have some errands to run, we should be good to go in about 10 minutes, FrY Time."

"The doctor expects my wife will only be in labor for an hour, my wife seems hopeful but I'm guessing the doctor was using FrY Time."

"When is the bus getting here? The driver must be operating on FrY Time."

"Every time I'm late for work I tell them I'll be there in 5 minutes, I wonder if they figured out I've been using FrY Time?"
