A child who is know for annoyance or sounds completely like a 13 year old girl. They are known to be called "Chucke's" and can be highly dangerous to the internet community. They usually can be found in the game counter strike source or found on Rated M games on Xbox.

Dude wow did you see that kids named killer on that counter strike source server? He was such a chucke cheese kid.
