Running it

taking all the point cards (all the hearts and the queen of spades) in a hand of the game of Hearts, which is very difficult to do, giving all your opponents 26 points each while you earn no points. The winner in Hearts is the player with the lowest score so running it usually guarantees the player a tremendous lead. Running it is synonymous with Shooting the Moon.

Dealer: You know she's running it. She just voluntarily took the queen of spades.
Player: Did anyone else take any hearts?
Player who's running it: Nope. You will never stop me from running it now.

I'm running Ninja

In reference to the Ninja/Ninja Pro perk of the CoD games. It's basically a fancy way of saying that you don't have trouble being quiet/sneaky.

Most often used when your friend is worried about you making noise when sneaking out of or into your house.

Teen 1: C'mon man, let's go!

Teen 2: Did your dad hear you?

Teen 1: Relax buddy, I'm running Ninja right now.

Running It (phrase): To Turn It Out, Shut It Down and generally make everyone in the room want to either be you or sleep with you (gender and sexuality permitting), mainly due to the fact that you look like one cool, slick, fireballin' motherfucker.
