Get the Lake Karen mug.A area in the San Fernando Valley right next to Encino. The nice part of Van Nuys. Can be very pricey and expensive and also has their own park. The Lake Balboa Park with a Japanese Garden. Very clean area and good area quality. Of coarse not Encino but very close.
