Weed Sit-ups

That abdominal exercise you do when you’re kicked back on the couch and you need to reach the cannabis on the coffee table.

I started doing weed sit-ups instead of laying my pipe on the couch, so I can eat whatever I want and lose weight.

Bert Kreischer sit-ups

A highly competitive exercise competition requiring each participant to insert a well lubricated prosthetic penis and or phallic shaped object(s) into the anus prior to performing maximum effort sit-ups. The goal is to perform the maximum amount of repetitions each round prior to the prosthetic penis and or phallic shaped object(s) fully dislodging from the body. A winner will be determined following ten rounds of continuous play with no more than a one minute break in between rounds.

sit-and-sigh

A gathering, function, or just spending fun time with people whom you care about, and who care about you, such as family, friends, boyfriends, girlfriends, etc.
It's just a fun, relaxing time that you spend with those of whom you love, and if you're relaxed and comfortable, you let out a contented sigh.

For Thanksgiving, this year, me and my family had a Thanksgiving sit-and-sigh.
