Let's take this offline

Something said in an online or phone meaning, usually as a result of someone fucking up. This phrase usually implies that someone is about to be reprimanded, but it would be unprofessional to do so in front of the other individuals in the meeting.

The Let's Play Curse

A condition someone develops when they become a Let's Player that, on a subconscious level, makes them want to do a Let's Play of every game they have ever played, are currently playing, or will ever play, thinking of little quirks and catchphrases in each of these games that they could develop into commentary, as well as various "tricks" that they know in each game that they would like to share with their viewers; in this way, the word "curse" becomes synonymous with the word "addiction" (i. e. an "addiction" to Let's Playing), rather than the "bad luck" that Chuggaaconroy defined it as, regardless of his "coining" of the term. In addition to promoting the subconscious desire in someone to do a Let's Play of every game that they have ever played, are currently playing, or will ever play, the Let's Play Curse also prompts it's victims, while they are playing a game "just for fun," to commentate aloud as though they were recording an actual Let's Play for others to watch.

While gamemixup333 and I were watching his sister play Pokepark, for the Wii, we had taken a break from recording a Let's Play that we planned to upload to YouTube, but the Let's Play Curse compelled us to make up voices for all the Pokemon and to criticize the logic of the game in our style of commentary, as though we were still recording.

let's blow this popsicle stand!

Legend has it that this term was first coined in the 1940's by a Jamaican named Antoine Cleo. Antoine Cleo believed that filling the area of a popsicle with deadly radiation, could be used against certain countries as biological warfare. He believed that the radiation had certain brainwashing chemicles inside of it and that placing the popsicles at stands at random areas could allow more people to buy the popsicles, thus was his plan for world domination.

However, his plans were soon foiled when a strange cult called the Kindred Spirits (The Cult leader was Later identified as a man named Dushka Deshvky) blew up all the popsicle stands in America, including killing the perpetrator, Antoine Cleo.

"Lets blow this popsicle stand" was then started as an inside joke between 4 teenagers, then it spread throughout the United States, the phrase from then on meant, "Lets get out of here fast, before something bad happends to us."

Now maybe after hearing this, we can walk away a little wiser about what this phrase means.

Let’s Go Brandon

Shorthand Teabilly for “Fuck Joe Biden.” The Redneck Cultists that falsely believe in the easily disproven myth that 45 won the 2020 Presidential Election use it to show their displeasure with 46.

This got started when major media outlets misidentified the chant at the end of a NASCAR race that Brandon Brown won at Talladega Speedway in early October, 2021.

As a result, Brown has subsequently been turned into a colloquialism by cousin fuckers who desperately want to be oppressed.

“Hay, Cletus! The GOTDAMN police are telling me I can’t fuck my sister again. I blame that on this dumbass President. Let’s Go Brandon!

“I can’t have an abortion in Texas, so instead of hiding my feelings and saying something stupid like ‘Let’s Go Brandon,’ I’m just gonna tell it like it is and say ‘FUCK DONALD TRUMP!’”
