A Death Note cosplay group on youtube who record random skits and upload them. There are three people in the group and each of them cosplays two Death Note characters. There is Matt, Mello, Near, Light, L, and BB. The name can be shortened to OFK.

Matt, Mello, and L are always trying to make plans to try and annoy Light and make him confess that he is Kira. hence the name Operation:Frustrate Kira.
