Cell phone bombing

When you call someone and the only thing you say before hanging up is something you know will irritate them severely.

An example of cell phone bombing is calling up a friend who is deathly afraid of spiders and yelling "SPIDERS! SPIDERS, EVERYWHERE!!!" and promptly hanging up.

I cell phone bombed my brother, who is very OCD in his dislike for odd numbers, by calling, saying "I see sevens," and hanging up.

celliot / cell-iot / celliriot. The word is used to describe someone that is constantly on their phone, particularly between people in conversation, hence being an idiot on his/her cell phone, or behaving like an idiot on his/her cell phone, a celliot.

Hey, John! Stop being a celliot. or John is being a real celliot, look he didn't even hear me.

Cell Shalked

When you are in a public restroom and the person next to you is shitting and talking on their cell phone. When you are cell shalked, you feel uncomfortable, distressed and traumatized.

Dude, I got cell shalked when I went in to use the restroom, you'd think people could put down the phone and take a dump in peace, talk about traumatic.
