A phrase to describe fat people, usually who are being nuisances and annoying. A saying that you meant to say "a tub of lard" but you messed up somewhere.
"Move you fat lub of tard! Oh wait I'm sorry, I didn't know you were sitting there eating your double XXL fries while you sit there and take a fucking nap!"

A Millarde Tard m'lärd tärd is a person who automatically thinks someone is bad or has ill intentions simply because of one's wealth.
What a millarde tard, he doesn't even know him and he's already accusing the millionaire neighbor of being part of some terrorist organization.

HBO-Tard is a combination of the words "HBO" and "Retard.", sometimes also referred to as a HBO-Believer or HBO-Enjoyer.
The original definition referred to someone who believes HBO's miniseries on Chernobyl; however, that has been expanded and now refers to people who believe blatantly obvious and easily debunked things originating from various sources, including but not limited to HBO Chernobyl, Zero Hour Chernobyl, and other Chernobyl media.
HBO-Tard can also refer to an extremely uneducated (but not necessarily misinformed) individual on matters related to Chernobyl and RBMKs, typically someone who actively denies facts despite being presented with overwhelming evidence contradicting them.
Examples of misinformation that HBO-Tards commonly believe include, but are not limited to:
- Believing the reactor lid's caps (AKA The Rod Caps) jumped up and down before Chernobyl-4 exploded.
- Believing Aleksander Akimov pressed the AZ-5 button.
- Believing Anatoly Dyatlov was a moron who violated safety procedures.
- Believing that the power surge happened prior to AZ-5 being triggered by Toptunov.
(Note: power did increase slightly but it went back down again after)
