Having to sneak out of someone's house before they wake up to realize that you spent the night after a long night of drinking, only to return home in the clothes you wore the night before.

I was going to 1 2 creeper sneak at 8 am but he already left!

bob: really? its not.
creeper: i like it....

note: tight means not loose.

A person who nobody knows but always seems to be in photos or at parties. May also copy and past photos of themselves next to you to make it look like they are friends with you. Might also make fake facebook/myspace profiles and compliment themselves from the fake profle that they made.

OMG who is that random girl in all of our pictures?

Someone, usually male, who acts in a socially unacceptable manner, normally pertaining to females.

Usually these are men who stalk younger women, go to parties they are too old for, or date/have sexual relations with their therapists/garbage women/mutual friends.

In traffic, when a lane is blocked up ahead, a creeper goes to the very front of the blocked lane and then cuts in to the moving lane, thus slowing the moving lane down even more.

On the highway, when there are roadworks ahead, the creepers delay the through traffic lanes by creeping up the blocked lanes.
