I haven't been to Montreal in ages, since you could cross on a regular license - I still haven't got a poutine pass.

GAS is the acronym for Guitar Acquisition Syndrome, the undeniable inability to stop buying nice guitars. Passing GAS is the inevitable result of acquiring too many guitars, selling one off (passing it off to the next GAS sufferer), and severely regretting the sale. It is an unsettling yet temporary condition. Time is the only cure. Or buying another guitar.

I should never have sold that Gibson, I'm suffering from Passing GAS. I hate this feeling.

Bounce Pass

When you're handing the joint to your homey, and one of you drops it. The next person proceeds to retrieve it off the ground, and hit it. This is called a bounce pass, because the joint hit the ground before it was handed to the next person.

(John drops J on the ground). Phil: "Aw shit man, bounce pass!" (Phil picks up the joint and proceeds to indulge.)
