A Jotard is a person who is obsessed with the Japanese TV series or also known as an anime, JoJo no Kimyō na Bōken (JoJo's Bizarre Adventure). They are quite literally a JoJo character, or so they think. They are also found overusing poses, quotes and memes from JoJo's Bizarre Adventure and believing that everything is a JoJo reference. There are many scales of how severe a Jotard someone is.
