To do "research" on a computer, tablet, or smart phone... while not doing work like things. Such as searching for a Star Trek tricorder device to buy for a collection or a gift.

My spouse was zarking for over an hour earlier. IDK... I think she's looking for the perfect gift for my mother for her birthday.... but, I'm not sure.
