A phrase spoken only by the enlightened. The sheer utterance of this phrase causes sexual arousal in everyone in the immediate vicinity. Also used as an an exclamation of happiness.
Guy: Hey. You're hot. wanna go out?
Girl: Eew no.
Guy: What if I said "now that's what i'm talkin!"?
Girl: *immediately drops pants*
Guy: now that's what i'm talkin!
Girl: *Moans* S-stop... I can only take so much.

I know what that's about!

something to say to somebody when either you are not listening, don't give care about what they are saying, or when you actually have NO EFFING IDEA what they are talking about. A very good closer to a conversation you are trying to walk away from.
You need to be careful, because used too often in the wrong situation, the insincerity shows through.
"So, I was at that office for over two hours and then they had me go down town and talk to someone who it must have been her first day. And long story short, I still don't have my reflectors back from the warehouse."

Can be used for the answer to almost anything at all or used if you can't think of an answer.
Bob: I'm sure the colour of this carpet is a little to dark.

Dave: *Doesn't care* That's what the government want you to think...

An updated version of the previous "That's what she said" phrase relating to the many "incidents" between priests and "God's children."
Bob: I pulled on it as hard as I could and it just wouldn't come out!
