A girl or boy between the ages of 12-17 who spend vast amounts of money on useless hypebeast clothes, their hangout spots are always at the mall and they carry backpacks with them. hypebeast crewnecks, cargo shorts, backpacks, long ass socks, and to complete the classic teenybopper outfit, accessories vary from flashy headphones that aren't even plugged into anything, to big ass nerd glasses. teenyboppers post their whole life on facebook/tumblr saying useless shit about their life & posting pictures of them with their friends in the mall carrying a ukulele in the apple store. they make posts about relationships, girls talking about guys being assholes, guys talking about how girls should be respected just to get pussy. so they're basically retards who overuse the word "swag" and plank on anything they see and crave for attention. :)

a older person (whether in their late teens or beyond) who preys on young barely pubescent teenybopper whether because of their low self esteem, or because 'grownups' seem cool to this younger age group. Teenyhoppers can usually be found at Disney Channel star concerts as well as Twilight movie premires. Teenyhoppers mostly reject partners who are around their age group as they are too mature and theirfore unattainable for their liking.
