A phalange is something that is in or on the outside of a plane, the left one is more commonly wrong or broken, as phoebe buffay says. Anyway, the point is, if your friends calls you and tells you to get off of a plane because there is something wrong with the left OR right phalange, then Id suggest that you'd listen to them. It could save your relationship. This word can also be used as Dr. Phalange, or Regina Phalange. Regina Phalange is typically a business women in town on business. palance

(verb) Palance is a Trinidadian dialect term which means 'to party and have fun'. It is closely related to the term 'lime' but, unlike a lime which involves hanging out with friends, palancing involves having extreme fun (most typically in a party setting) and can be done on one's own, or with friends as well.

The term, though gaining major popularity during the 2010 Carnival due to the song of the same name (by JW and Blaze), has been around for a long time. The term reportedly was created by the radio DJs JW and Blaze a few years ago and used on their radio programmes. JW has said that the term originated based partially on use/meaning of the word parlance.

Phelan

A collection of buildings and trees that just barely qualifies as a town in Southern California. If anything, a hellhole is a better name for it because the weather can never make up its fucking mind. Its main features are Stater Brothers and Serrano High School. A majority of the residents are doing or have done some kind of illegal drug, due to the fact that all the drug dealers gather at the high school. The football team and academics are actually pretty good, but that's because of the drugs too. In the winter, everyone goes to Wrightwood because it's better there. In the summer, they go back to Wrightwood. During the spring and autumn, they go find whatever relatives they have who don't live in Phelan and stay there. Despite all the bad things people say about Phelan, they all secretly love it here.

Person 1: I live in Phelan.
Person 2: You poor thing.
