An old abbreviation which is often confused with "lol", however with a different meaning. Its true meaning is Laugh And Wank Loudly, an American term used when something is so funny it arouses the laugher to such a point they cannot withstand the urges.

Hank, being a multitasking fellow, was watching the comedy festival while playing a game with his friends. Suddenly something hilarious happened on the festival and he informed his friends of his hands new occupation by saying lawl.
