Simply put, a sub founder is someone who sais they are a "founder" of something that they in no way helped find or discover.

-The CEO is often unable to make tough choices related to operations such as removing inefficient staff.
-When challenged the CEO assumes that users who do not agree with the CEO simply cannot understand the expertise he/she has built.

Founders Classical Academy Of Flower Mound has sixth graders that are midgets and think they are cool when they say sheesh, daddy chill, and plenty of other things that make the higher grades cringe at the fact that they used to be a sixth grader.
