An internet phenomenon character created by and starring Lucas Cruikshank on the popular video sharing site YouTube. The videos are split into sketches, revolving around an 8 year old boy who is lonely, has a crush on a girl called Judy, has a mother who sounds more like a man than a woman and has never met his father, who supposedly is on death row.

In order to obtain his 'child-ish' gimmick, Cruikshank 'chipmunks' his voice so that whenever Fred screams, it makes your soul bleed.

After being on YouTube for over 3 years, 'Fred' has gained over a million subscribers, and was at one point the most subscribed user on YouTube, that was until he was beaten by YouTube comedian 'NigaHiga'.
