Combination of Dupe and Retard. Refers to people who create multiple duplicate/fake accounts on social-networking sites for nefarious and/or cowardly reasons, but who are too retarded to get away with it.

This pathetic dupetard is so obvious. He votes for himself everyusing his dupe accounts and he's using the same expressions (and bad grammar) as his original account.
