an adjective used to describe a hick, yokel, hillbilly, hayseed etc. someone who, having been raised in a barn or something along those lines, probably ate the same thing as the cows that he/she grew up with.

Well-centered member of society other than the fact that he/she is a stoner, alcoholic, a drug abuser, and well known by the police. Passive-aggressiveness is their weakness.
