GET TO DA CHOPPA has now come to mean that one is saying that they must attain whatever goal it is that is set forth. "getting the choppa" is teh act of succeeding in this goal and is the highest possible recognition.

"Scott, we have to make this"

"Why/"

"Because we have to GET TO DA CHOPPA"

"ok"

When you take drink of Ciroc Vodka directly from the bottle while holding the center of the neck and completely rotating the bottle base. This ensures that you have taken a hefty sip and will be inebriated soon. Note, the bottle must be fully or mostly inverted while performing this maneuver.
