Crashing out - adverb. When someone experiences a negative event (or a series of events) that forces them into a considerable amount of mental stress. Characterized by bloodshot eyes, increased heart rate, and constant use of the phrase, “I’m crashing out bro.”

A Crash Out from someone who is usually kind and/or understanding. This is usually considered justified or understandable by witnesses/outside parties. The namesake for this is Sponge Bob, who is usually a nice guy but has lost his shit for understandable reasons.
