The exclamation can also let others shopping know you’ve found a great deal on something you’ve been looking for.
Crows make similar calls to find other birds, often repeating the sound several times and then waiting for a response. When an AOS member calls out "caw-caw" and another responds, the group members may greet each other with hugs, selfies, and excited conversation, and it has become a sensation among Aldi shoppers. It is unique among slang, involving the fact that it involves individuals in their 50’s-30’s.
