Short for "The Noob(s) Of The World". The noobs of the world won't understand the "T not W", and that's how you can tell if a person is a noob.

Person 1: "I lost my keys to the car"
Person 2: "T not W.."
Person 1: " .. what?"

That's how you can tell if someone is a noob.
