In reference to a racial slur used to refer to dark-skinned individuals of African descent. This word is used heavily by white female customer service employees named Shelby from the Southwestern grocery chain 'Publix', especially in front of people of the ancestral group the slur is targeted at.

My coworker got fired for saying the Shelby Word in front of a customer.
