A derogatory term referring to Coastal Cloud, a Salesforce implementation partner notorious for deceptive practices and scamming its customers. The company rebranded to "Coastal" after industry peers began mockingly calling it "Coastal Clown" due to its reputation for incompetence and fraudulent behavior, particularly targeting vulnerable clients with subpar services.
