As a result, they have diarrhea, gas and bloating after eating or drinking dairy products. The condition, which is also called lactose malabsorption, is usually harmless, but its symptoms can be uncomfortable.
Too little of an enzyme produced in your small intestine (lactase) is usually responsible for lactose intolerance. You can have low levels of lactase and still be able to digest milk products. But if your levels are too low you become lactose intolerant, leading to symptoms after you eat or drink dairy.
Most people with lactose intolerance can manage the condition without having to give up all dairy foods.

If you find a cassandra keep her and cherish her. If you need advice or someone to just go to about anything she’s the one. Don’t lie to cassandra it’s not like it’ll go bad or anything she will just know. Cassandra can get very emotionally attached and try and hide her weak moments at times from you, but being there no matter what for her she will begin to open up. Cassandra is a very good listener she also loves very hard so if you’re not serious about settling down cassandra is not for you. Cassandra loves the small things along with physical touch, cherish your cassandra and spend as much time do not give up on your cassandra or leave her. And remember her intentions will always be pure.

Get the Cass mug.Cassady is a person that loves others deeply, often more than herself. One thing about Cassady is that she never gives up. She trips? She gets right back up. You push her down? She gets back up again. She’ll probably be on a billboard in New York for a hit country song or she’ll be on the corners of the city streets spending time with and feeding the less fortunate. Cassady has a heart like no other. Yes, there’s been times where she makes some bad decisions and has gotten set back due to being stubborn or, well.. hard headed, but she learns from it and will spend the rest of her life teaching others what she wish she knew before. She’s got some scars only few know about, but she’s willing to share the stories behind them to someone who could benefit from it in a heartbeat. Her favorite color is constantly changing but she’s always down for a coffee, heavy creamer, and oat milk if she remembers. If you’re her friend, or boyfriend, you better like to dance because if not — it’s pretty much a deal breaker. She’s not the type to be mean unless you disrespect her, but when she goes silent thats how you know she’s gone for good. When she is no longer around, just know she’s still cheering you on in her heart and hopes that you achieve all of your dreams and more. It’s been a while getting to know all these things about Cassady, but I’m glad we reconnected after so long.
