Heard this term recently on Insecure with Issa Rae. It seems to refer to a friend of one's parents or family. Someone who is part of the family, but not an actual relative. Different from a "playground uncle". Used the way those in Asian communities sometimes refer to their parent's friends as "auntie"

Goofy ahh uncle/auntie

A joke in tiktok and youtube, where a bunch of Goofy Ahh Sounds are played, and a monotone voice will say "my goofy ahh auntie/uncle did/said this (goofy ahh sound effect)..."

Usually these jokes are sexual, will make jokes about kidnap or rape/molest.

My Goofy ahh uncle/auntie tried to play with my penis (goofy ahh sound), my mom saw (goofy ahh sound) and hit him with a pan (goofy ahh sound).
