Get the hook boogiesmug. When a person rubs their index finger along their guch, then proceeds to form a hook with the index finger. The finger is then inserted into the mouth of an unsuspecting individual so as to simulate that person being hooked like a fish. A more sinister aproach to the fish hookmaneuver. This move is usually performed on a person that is being an asshole or just plain will not shut up.
Guy 1- Dude, Jason is acting like a real asshat tonight.
